We at PCAPI 4A would like to initiate a survey to support our request to EMB for a webinar on PCO COA Online Application, using the new portal: www.pco.emb.gov.ph. Enjoining you to participate in this quick survey we have prepared for the said purpose. We hope we can flesh out issues we have encountered in using this new portal and bring them to the attention of our regulators. This survey is short, and will not take 5 minutes of your time.
Appreciate your valuable feedback. Results of the survey will be submitted to EMB Central Office to support our request for a WEBINAR to clarify and better the use of the new portal. Rest assured personal details will not be used for any other purposes, and shall not be included in the report to be submitted to EMB.
