We are the Pollution Control Association of the Philippines Region IV-A (PCAPI 4A) Chapter, an association of Pollution Control Officers (PCOs) representing various industries in CALABARZON, aimed at helping co-PCOs build capacity in the areas of environmental compliance and sustainable development. In line with our programmed activities for this year, we will be holding Women’s Month Celebration with the theme “We Make Change Work for Women in the Environment” on March 26, 2019, at the Hotel Marciano, Km. 54 Nat’l Highway, Brgy. For our common reference, co-PCOs!
This year, our GA will revolve around the theme, “GREEN TO GOLD: PCOs as Sustainability Professionals” - which aims to discuss present and emerging agenda, commitment and challenges in achieving sustainability and showcase environmental commitments as they are translated to initiatives that deliver “green to gold” results. We have prepared an indicative program that we hope will cover more knowledge and insights in improving environmental results and enhancing efficiency, and a large exhibition to help us keep up with the trends in our PCO practices and technologies.
From the association’s tagline, “PCOs helping PCOs”, PCAPI R4a wants to provide additional assistance to PCOs in upgrading the practice of their professions and for the continuous improvement of their competence as professionals.
