The Biennial General Assembly (GA) shall be postponed from October 2020 to a date within a transitory period of two (2) years, either in face to face or virtual set-up.
The term of office of the elected Board of Trustees and Officers, whose term covers the period Jan 1, 2019 to Dec 31, 2020, shall be extended until a new schedule of GA and Elections are determined and conducted.
