Region 4A (PCAPI Calabarzon) is now nationally recognized as the best PCAPI chapter after being inducted as an Outstanding PCAPI Chapter Hall of Fame Awardee in the recently held 38th PCAPI National Convention on May 9-11, 2018 at L’Fisher Hotel, Bacolod City. Twenty-five volunteers comprising of the Board of Trustees, Officers, Advisers and Staff of Pollution Control Association of the Philippines Inc. Region 4A (PCAPI Calabarzon) initiated a mangrove planting activity along the stretch of Calatagan Mangrove Forest Conservation Park in Calatagan, Batangas on April 30, 2018. The tree-planting activity was done as part of the PCAPI Calabarzon’s annual team building held near the area.
