About PCAPI R4APollution Control Association of the Philippines (PCAPI) Region IV-A Chapter, Inc. is a SEC-registered, non-profit, non-stock and non-political association which serves as a partner-organization of DENR-EMB in the dissemination and implementation of various training programs, environmental initiatives and projects. PCAPI R4-A also serves as a link between industry and the regulatory agency in working towards sustainable development.

Wasting no time, PCAPI CALABARZON immediately launched its first Advanced Training for the renewal of Pollution Control Officers seven weeks after receiving its accreditation on September 3 by the DENR-EMB 4A. This year, our GA will revolve around the theme, “GREEN TO GOLD: PCOs as Sustainability Professionals” - which aims to discuss present and emerging agenda, commitment and challenges in achieving sustainability and showcase environmental commitments as they are translated to initiatives that deliver “green to gold” results. We have prepared an indicative program that we hope will cover more knowledge and insights in improving environmental results and enhancing efficiency, and a large exhibition to help us keep up with the trends in our PCO practices and technologies.
From the association’s tagline, “PCOs helping PCOs”, PCAPI R4a wants to provide additional assistance to PCOs in upgrading the practice of their professions and for the continuous improvement of their competence as professionals.
